What to Bring?

When you come for your appointment:

  • Bring your Medicare or Veteran Affairs card.
  • Bring a letter of referral from your GP.
  • Have your insurance information.
  • Bring copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits.

Appointment Policy

To cancel an appointment:


Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least one day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient seeking treatment.

Common Questions 

  • How long does it take to get an appointment?

    We see most patients within 2 – 4 weeks of referral. Urgent appointments are available. We have regular operating lists at both the Bowral and District Hospital and the Southern Highlands Private Hospital and we perform minor procedures in our clinic.

  • Which hospitals do our Doctors operate at?

    Both the public and private hospitals in Bowral.

  • Does the practice bulk bill?

    There is an initial consultation fee to see our doctors in the consulting rooms. Medicare rebates apply.

    We offer reduced rates for Pensioners or patients experiencing financial hardship.

    Follow-up consultations are bulk-billed.
